Ventilator Cart Solution

Designed for ICU, emergency, respiratory therapy, and transport applications, our solution provides stable support, equipment integration, oxygen cylinder holders, and tubing management, enabling safe, efficient, and flexible mobile deployment of life-support equipment.

Challenges in ICU Ventilator Mobility

As a core life-support device in the ICU, the safety and convenience of ventilator transport directly affect critical care efficiency
Difficult Transport Due to Ventilator Weight
High-end ICU ventilators typically weigh 25–40 kg. Without a dedicated mobile platform, transport is extremely inconvenient, reducing transfer efficiency and increasing the workload of medical staff.
    Disorganized Tubing Management
Breathing circuits, oxygen tubing, power cables, and other lines can become intertwined and tangled, making operation inconvenient. Bent or stepped-on tubing may also obstruct airflow and create safety risks.
Lack of a Dedicated Stable Platform
Using a standard cart or bedside cabinet as a substitute provides insufficient stability and may not meet medical safety requirements. Equipment vibration can affect ventilator parameter accuracy and patient ventilation safety.

Product Features

Six core advantages designed for ICU ventilator transport, tubing management, and clinical operating efficiency

    High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Platform

The L365 × W210 mm aluminum alloy platform combines a lightweight design with high load capacity. Its corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean surface supports secure ventilator installation.

    Dedicated Ventilator Arm

The basic model includes an aluminum alloy arm, while the standard model uses a stainless steel arm. Measuring 340 × 440 × 440 × 140 mm, the arm supports hovering, tilting, and rotating, providing stable support for light loads up to 1 kg.

Oxygen Cylinder Holder + Humidifier Mount

The basic model includes a single oxygen cylinder holder for cylinders up to 7 L, while the standard model is upgraded to a dual-cylinder holder. Both include safety straps and an integrated dedicated humidifier mount, supporting the complete ventilation workflow on one cart.

    T-Slot Aluminum Alloy Column

The high-strength aluminum alloy column features a T-slot design, allowing equipment and accessories to be freely added and height-adjusted along the column for flexible adaptation to different clinical requirements.

    Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy Base

The one-piece die-cast aluminum alloy base offers excellent structural strength, load capacity, and stability, effectively protecting the ventilator from vibration and impact during transport.

3-Inch Silent Casters + Lightweight Design

The 3-inch silent swivel casters provide smooth, quiet movement, while the complete cart weighs only about 15 kg for easy handling. Its compact dimensions of φ635 × 1100 mm save space and allow easy movement around ICU bedsides.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our ventilator cart solutions
    Q1.

Is the cart compatible with ventilators from different brands?

Yes. The L365 × W210 mm platform accommodates ventilators from mainstream brands, and platform customization is available based on the ventilator base dimensions. It is compatible with brands such as Dräger, Mindray, Philips, and GE.

    Q2.

How should I choose between an aluminum alloy and stainless steel arm?

The aluminum alloy arm is lighter and suitable for routine transport, while the stainless steel arm offers greater strength and corrosion resistance for environments requiring frequent disinfection. Both arms measure 340 × 440 × 440 × 140 mm and support loads up to 1 kg.

    Q3.

What oxygen cylinder capacity does the holder support?

The standard oxygen cylinder holder supports medical oxygen cylinders up to 7 L. The basic model includes a single holder, while the standard model is upgraded to a dual-cylinder holder. Both include safety straps and anti-slip bases to ensure safe transport.

    Q4.

Is the cart easy and flexible to move?

The complete cart weighs only about 15 kg and features a compact φ635 mm diameter design. Combined with 3-inch silent swivel casters, it moves easily and flexibly around ICU bedsides and between wards with very low noise.

    Q5.

What is the difference between an infusion pump cart and a ventilator cart?

The infusion pump cart has a smaller platform (L330 × W280 mm) and includes an IV pole and an H500 mm infusion pump pole. With a total height of 850 mm, it is optimized for infusion and syringe pump applications and does not include an oxygen cylinder holder or humidifier mount.

    Q6.

Do you provide OEM/ODM customization services?

Yes. We provide comprehensive customization of platform dimensions, arm materials, number of oxygen cylinder holders, humidifier mounts, exterior colors, brand identity, and tubing management solutions. Prototype production is available in 30 days, with mass-production delivery evaluated according to the order requirements.
